1.) How can I make payment for my purchase?
Customers may make payment through Maybank2u online transfer, *bank draft or cash.
*Bank draft and cash is only applicable for COD customers.

2.) How is the process of the transaction?
Customers who opt for COD (cash on delivery) must pay an upfront deposit of RM200 to make order. Once order is confirmed, item will sent to the customer within 3-5 working days by E-laptops representative. Customer may check the condition of the item and once satisfied, is required to pay the balance upon completing the transaction.

For outstation buyers, customers must pay full amount to E-laptops through wired transfer before order can proceed. Once payment is confirmed, item will be sent via courier to customer. It will take 3-5 working days to arrive.

3.) Is there any warranty for Dell laptops?
Yes, the warranty period will be stated in the advertisement / post.
The on-site warranty is covered by Dell company.

4.) Can I get a refund if I'm unsatisfied with the item?
Yes, however the refund policy only applies IF:-
a) Item is damaged upon arrival
b) Item does not fit description as advertised
c) Item is not genuine
